Osmium Plasma Coater (OPC) is the plasma coating device that uses the D.C. glow discharge method to coat conductive thin film mainly for SEM samples.

*OPC60A (switch type) will be discontinued from production and sales as of November 2023.  Maintenance, repairs and other support will continue to be handled (scheduled to end in 2033).

OPC80T can also produce plasma polymerized film.
OPC80T is a high-end model that can automatically coat both Osmium film and Plasma-Polymerized film.
OPC80T can simultaneously coat Samples of 10mmφ and 15mmφ SEM Consumables.
Excellent repeatability in producing Osmium thin film of several nm to several hundred nm.
Supports up to Samples of 36mm(φ)×14mm(H) SEM Consumables.
You can choose from cathode plates for Samples of 10mmφ, 15mmφ and 32mmφ SEM Consumables.
